Primm Valley, the last hotel-casino operating in Primm, closed on Monday, completing the trifecta of closed casinos at the state line 40 miles southwest of Las Vegas on I-15. Terrible’s, the brand owned by the Herbst family, was approved at an emergency meeting of the Nevada Gaming Commission last week to take over all the operations of Primm businesses from Affinity Gaming as of today, but when that might happen remains up in the air.
