Drink Las Vegas is a four-day cocktail festival that will “showcase the world’s top spirits, wine, and culinary talent with curated events, high-energy parties, and exclusive tastings, all designed to celebrate the art of the drink.” Sponsored by MGM Resorts, the festival takes place at Bellagio, Cosmopolitan, Aria, and Park MGM Thurs.-Sun. Sept. 24-27. At $275 to $450 per person, the events aren’t exactly for the hoi polloi, but they’re focused enough to be worth it, most likely, to anyone who has a special interest in a particular restaurant, libation, chef, venue, or party.
