The median price of a single-family Las Vegas home hit an all-time high in May, surging more than $16,000 month over month to $490,000. It broke the record of $488,995 set last November. Inventory is up and sales are down, but only slightly for both. Condos and townhomes went up $5,000 over April to $295,000, though well below the record of $315,000 set in October 2024. Condo sales were down 9% year over year. At the end of May, 6,784 single-family homes were listed for sale, up 2.1% over May 2025.
